Did You Know? Prescription lens do NOT protect from blue light.

I know! Shocker! The truth is , before the great rush indoors created by this pandemic, blue light wasn't much of a big topic. In fact blue

light coating was seen as an added option at the optician's office. Very much like transition lens or anti glare features for driving at night.

If you currently wear prescription glasses and happen to feel concerned by this information, you have 2 choices.

1. When renewing your eye wear prescription, ask your optician about the option of adding an anti blue light blocking feature to your lens.

2. If you are able to function without your glasses, consider getting an extra pair of blue light blockers for your on screen viewing safety!
