I used to work as a cashier in the family biz for years. I’d see a couple come in and buy a large Baygon every Saturday. And I’m thinking what the hell is at their house that they need a brand new tin of 600ml baygon every single week?
So, I asked.
Apparently they were dealing with ants. They did, then when more ants come back they spray them again. You know what would be a better way to get rid of the ants?
By making sure they have nothing to feed on. Starve them.
Starve your fears and doubts.
Stop feeding them with comparison, negative content and negative company.
Draw the line between your friends and your future. If there is a social media account that makes you feel funny (inferior, unworthy, guilty) unfollow them or mute them - if unfollowing will create a bigger problem.
Starve your fears and doubts by avoiding the environments that fuel them.
If you’re running a race and you’re shackled to some huge bricks. Which do you think is more efficient at helping you move forward? Drinking more Gatorade and taking supplements OR removing the shackles?
The best way to make strides ahead is to remove negativity NOT to add more positives.
Positivity can be toxic too.
But that’s for another post.
Abundance + success💕
